CX UX Designer (mid-level)

The role

We are on the hunt for a mid-level CX UX Designer to join our small team of highly skilled CX marketing, digital and loyalty specialists. This role is based in Newcastle and will be responsible for the delivery of our digital and strategic offering for some of Australia's biggest and most customer-centric brands.

Specifically, you'll be working full-time to:

Get your hands dirty in the doing. As a small team, you’ll be wearing multiple hats to help manage and deliver digital and strategic projects.
• Work effectively across digital and strategy-based projects, including CX and UX audits, qual & quant research, user research & testing, web/app/product design & development, customer journey mapping, service design, and 1:1 communications (email, SMS, messenger, chatbots & AI interfaces).
• Apply your skill set and expertise to our other non-digital based projects and clients to help elevate T&H’s UX & CX thinking.
• Work across several accounts to manage their respective stakeholders, campaigns and projects, and build a road map of ongoing works.
Manage projects and campaigns to ensure they’re on time and within budget.
• Work with the broader team to foster a team environment.
• Become a trusted advisor to our clients and a go-to person for helping them with their business issues.

Your qualifications and experience

• Experience both client and agency side is desirable.
Tertiary education in design, communications, marketing or related field. 
• Min of 3-5+ years of CX/UX design experience. 
Demonstrated experience in strategy e.g. CX/UX audits, customer journey mapping, qual and quant research, CX/UX workshop facilitation, user research & testing.
Demonstrated experience in digital marketing e.g. email marketing & automation, 1:1 communications, UX analysis, UX & UI design, web/app/product design & development, journey planning, design & execution.
Demonstrated experience in marketing data and automation e.g. platform optimisation and utilisation, lifecycle journeys and triggers, campaign execution, cross channel integration.
